You need the bar, the two bushings and the clamps for each bushing. I have a thread on here with all part numbers and the procedure for installation

So if i go for Altima SE-R FSB for my 06 maxima..
Where can i get polyurethane bushings for SE-R FSB?
Also how much is nismo FSB & RSB?

so nismo sway bar for altima will fit for maxima?
how hard is it to install it?
and i see the picture you upload, is not really different from maxima sway bar n nismo sway bar
is that affect your steering cornering?
