Popping suspension sound, possible fix-boot?

I've had a Popping sound coming from my suspension only at slow speeds while turning. Usually getting in and out of parking spots. I was taking a closer look last night and found that both boots have slipped past the bump stop and are twisted on top.
I think the twisted boot on top of the bump stop is making that sound when turning.

Anybody else ever had this happen?

wow i have never seen a dust boot rammed up there like that. looks like you hit a 3 foot deep pot hole and compressed the spring to coil bind

...you may want to get that fixed ASAP if you want those shafts to have a longer life-span...
