GTR wheels on 6th Gen Maxima

I saw these rims for sale on ebay:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/NISSA...mZ250272582858

These are GTR rims for sale. I always wondered how they would look on the 6th Gen Maxima. I bet it would look smokin. Any photoshoppers wanna try it?

Definitely not worth it IMO. They kind of look like the 07 Maxima wheels anyway. Actually a lot of Nissan stock wheels look the same.

Clearly, the price is waaay out of line. I still think they would look great, but not for $8k. For that price I'd get some factory Lamborghini Gallardo SE rims.

I think this is the first time I hear that someone is getting more for his factory wheels than what he paid for the new ones

I agree. Actually look like the my 350z rims with an extra spoke.

I do like the color though...it'd cost around $400 to get mine resurfaced to that color.

I just sent my 350Z 17's in to get powdercoated that color. I should have them back next week.

umm... 8K for rims? whoever is buying them needs to be shot, beat, tortured, and burried alive. hell with not even half that you can get better looking rims. Damn.. what people would pay for "name" brands.

GTJOT - Greatest Thread Jacking of All Time lol. Newbie I suppose. Im guessing the previous owner didnt remove the GPS antenna (hope not). Or better yet, below your bose radio should be a little compartment. Check if it a regular compartment or the one that has a big cutout in which case would be a space where the navigation slot with disc used to be.

Now back to the regular scheduled thread

I will sell my car and add the 8 grand to get me a 7th gen before i buy those HOT rims

Think anyone will make replica rims? I think once the furor of the GTR wears off, these rims will command a more modest price.

Not worth the money, buy some nice Rays or Work and pocket the rest of the money.

8 grand..? that could be a 3.5 + 6spd swap, and maybe a turbo kit for me

if i had a 6th gen, id just go turbo and leave the stockers on super sleeper ftw

Excellent,
- like the way you tucked in the rear, looks like 2 fronts from a GTR.
