Seat Removal

Front seats=4 bolts and un-clipping the harnesses for airbags/electric seats. Also, make sure to take out the fuses before un-clipping the airbag harnesses.
Rear=two tabs in the front bottom of the bench seat. Pull the tab forward and pop that one side up and do the same for the other side. Now fold the seats down and take the plastic cover off. Remove those bolts and the other bolts that are visible. Remove bolts on the bottom of the seat and you should be good. You can either take the seat-belts out from the top or the bottom. I would suggest the bottom because that would make it easier to put them back in. It's all rather easy, just a little time consuming for the rear.
What happened to the part out and new car?

I disconnected my battery when I swapped my seats. I didnt want any airbags blasting off in my face. Other than that, Its just a matter of unbolting the seat from the floor and unplugging all wires.

Bottom of the seats weigh 12 lbs and comes out in about 2 seconds. U reach under the seats and pull out the black metal tabs. I found several dollars in coins and other crap back there. This is a good idea to clean out ur car some. The top of the seat weighs a whopping 48 lbs. This doesnt include seat belts and bolts. This was more of a pain to get out but only cuz its so freakin big and heavy.
Total weight of rear seats without belts is 60 lbs. Yeah!!
