ok, I've completed the baking and reinstalled the lights, with 2 extra screws...lol My problem now is the passenger side beam is really low.. I know i read something about adjusting the beam but i never moved it in the first place, I think i may have bent the brackets holding the bottom lense in place, so I'll be taking it back apart this weekend...
I'll put up some pics tomorrow during the daytime

Oh yeah, thanks guys for all your help especially 90max.. It took Waaaaaay longer then I thought it would and thats because i could get the pin that holds teh bulb in place for the turn single to stay put. I also noticed that there are alot of scratchs on the lense, can i order a new lense cover?

Hopefully you can tell they're blue in person.

Whats the deal with the shutter on the drivers side or is it something in the pics?

Post some outside pics when you get it back together.

You might look into a wet sand process for cleanup.

BTW, im still too big of a wuss to attempt this... I think.

I also noticed that there are beads of dried up water vapors on the lense itself, when i take them back apart i'll go in and clean the lenses. I have to take them back apart cause the passenger side aim is waaay off, its pointing down, i think i may have bent the housing causing i didn't touch the aim adjuster at all.

I know how you feel, life sucks for the halogen guys. I have a second set (first set has more condensation than the Brazilian Rainforest) that I am going to add HID's the right way (no hole at all) I plan to attach a set of connectors to the OEM light socket on the inside of the housing. I will then tap into my wires on the outside harness with a waterproof connection .. I will create a nice little "how to"
