Slight 08 Grill mod

Simple Mod out of boredom
I used the black out tape for now but I filled in the inner areas and left the lip of it showing
added a few daytimish shots with cellphone such a crappy day out

No one is going to pay to get his address, then drive and come find it, wait till no one is around, just to steal his grill lol.

obviously i'm not a fan of blocking out your license plate.

at the end of the day your car is more likely to be stolen from someone following you home who lives in the area then a person on the Internet. especially on the maxima forums where in terms of modifications, very FEW members have cars worth stealing...i don't think many people troll these forums looking for cars to heist. ALSO maximas arn't the easiest to hotwire, you'd have to put it on a flatbed.

im gonna Krylon black my plates right now so no one stalks my car, and put a combination lock on all my doors, hood, and trunk. boot all 4 wheels while using The Club on the steering wheel before putting a car cover over it and locking the garage door and sealing with evidence tape so i know if some one tampers with it.

also there will be video surveillance in full color and hi resolution. damn these cars are so hard to keep in the drive way

Looks like the silver trim on the older Altima:

Not bad, but I prefer the stock 07/08 grille.

Looks good...

+1 on blocking plates.

It's too easy to find ALOT of info from a plate number.

I always block mine. You never know with the kind of degenerates that run around on here.

a person who lives near you and sees it driving around > a random person on the forums who lives far away

There are very few maximas on here anyone would steal probably 10-15 TOPS. When was the last thread you saw on these forums saying someone stole my tricked out car? Only person i can think of is Sadler and it had nothing to do with his plates being online...

but do what you want, paranoia is a funny thing to watch.

on topic:
the blacked out grill looks decent i suppose. but i would have left the emblem chrome.
