E&G Grille

Hey guys I was looking at some grilles today and I noticed that some 04-06 Max's have the E&G Grille with a chrome piece down the center and others without it. Does anyone know the best place/price I can get it from without the chrome center piece? Thanks.

for the 04-06 max, all the E&G grille has the center piece, only 07-08 models dont have the center piece, if i were you, talk to "The Presence", he used Dremel to cut the center piece out. Here's the thread, read post #17 on what he did, hopefully this is helpful: http://forums.maxima.org/7th-generat...rille-max.html

I got mine off eBay for a great deal. When it arrived
I was really amazed @ the E&G(s) excellent mesh quality.
The bracket running straight down the middle can be removed
with a dremel or cutting wheel. Very simple fabrication that
takes about 3 minutes. Below is a pic of how it looks without
the middle bracket frame piece.

E&G classic Z grille. It held up great through salt and winter. Just use billet grille cleaner and your set. Mine has been powder coated flat gunmetal.

I thought thats what it was. I ordered the same one but it looks like the bars are closer together in your pic, its probably just the angle. I was thinking about getting mine painted gunmetal too lol

Im having a hard time finding a grille that looks good on mine. I think its the color of my car(blue) that makes it hard to match a nice grille.

Really? It shouldn't be that hard b/c you have so
many options like: Chrome, Billet, carbon fiber, or
even painting/powder coating it the same color as your car.
