Can the R2C filter be used on a NISMO CAI (short ram)?

no offense to anyone but...... isn't the maxima's stock intake a cai? That being said what is the point an aftermarket one? Does it really make that much difference over a stock intake?

Did anybody use the Spectre filter with like a 45 degree elbow off of the OEM intake piping? I don't see the need to buy a $200 pipe to attach the filter to it. I want better airflow, no CEL's, low maintenance, and no CAI.

Spectre? Well, if you want a ton of crap working its way through your engine, go for it.

The intake system is one of the last places you should even consider "saving money".

Never mind. I just watched how you have to wash and oil and dry a filter like a K&N- screw that--- way too much work and time. I will stick with the STP OEM replacement.

Better piping and less restrictive filter means tested and proven increased hp and torque.

LOL For sure! He asked which is the best for the 6th Gen, so I gave an answer!

G37 you mean! Come on. Don't do me like that! hehe

I actually have the Stillen Gen 3 longtubes. They ended up making the most power on the VHR engine.

I'll be up at Brat Stop on June 12 for that meet. You can check them out then!
