New Grille for 04-06!

I am looking for a new grille, I like the stock look, but not a huge fan of the buck tooth. I have a 05 Red Oplulence/Sonoma Sunset Maxima. Which one would you guys recommend? I like them both...

Way more than I want to spend for a grille. I just want something a little different than what I have now. Looking for less than $150. I can get a Fujita CIA for less.

have you thought about just painting your stock grille? that's always a cheap/easy mod that looks good.. just my 2 cents

I agree with you on the price on the AT grill bro, it's like $300 (if you can even get one from their webiste). You can try the one that is available from ebay...it's like 175 or less...

I can't believe no one likes those grills. You guys not like it because it looks stock, ugly, or both. I really like them as a alternative to stock. Personally I think the bullit grilles are hidious, but a lot of or members have them. I want my Maxima to have class, not look like some punk pimped his ride. I do like the AT grill but again way too much money for just a grille. I am thinking about painting my current grille, but I like the attention getting crome. Actualy I love the 07/08 grille, but too much money/custom work to put that on.

I vote for the first one...it might not look too bad on a red max...

U dont have to listen to the members here and get the same grilles as everyone else....get whichever one YOU like....u have to live with the car not them

Wouldn't be my choice of grilles, but out of the two I'd go with the all chrome one. Only get the black if you plan on getting black rims with a chrome lip in my opinion

Blackness hit it on the head. There are options for a reason, and everybody should be able to mod there car how they want...

I need to do something with my grille, it is flaking up right now...

POSSIBLE THREAD JACKING IN PROGRESS!!!, not sure if it is but while we are on the topic of Grilles, I really like the Sorona grills, but they are expensive as heck plus the charge like 80 buck to ship 3-4 pounds max. What do you guys think about it.

I like the top one better. The two-tone would not look right in a red max IMHO.

So my car looks like a "punk pimped out" maxima?

Neither of them, sorry bro. There are better ones, like AT-F, Street Scene Grilles, etc. And thank goodness I don't have the billet grille because I dont want people to think a "punk pimped my ride." LOL

I am sorry, I don't think the bullit grilles look good at all. I also hate debadging, I am proud of my Nissan, and that it is a Maxima. Same reason you guys don't like the "ricer" look, like the loud exhuast or a straight pipe, etc. I don't think the bullit grilles have class.

If you want class then leave your ride alone. If you hate everything we do then why are you here asking us if we like this grille? I think it looks ok if thats what you want. Reminds me of the new Acura TL.

I do not hate everything you guys do. I LOVE the L.E.D. tails. I just installed a 07/08 spoiler on my 05 SL. I like the HID fogs. I like the AT and Sarona just way too much money for just a grille. I wanted you opinions on how you like these grilles compared to the stock grille, not in comparison to your bullit grilles.

I say stay stock, I think it takes away from the look if anything. And no I don't like either of them...either. But like what has been said it's your car, your decision!

But I think you have gotten all the feedback you need from this thread!

I actually like how the grill looks. But it looks like something straight off of a Mercedes so I wouldn't get it.

I actually like the first one. Wouldn't mind seeing a pic of it on a ride though to be 100%.

If you are set on buying one of those grills, I would have to go with #1. But also, it looks better if the grill matches the rest of the car parts IMO. Like if you have black rims, tint, etc, then #2 would look nice. If the other parts are silver or chrome, then #1 would look nice. Go with what matches your car...

I agree with you on this man, most of the grills on this forum are horrible looking and overpriced.

The ones you posted actually look much better than the stock grill (except the 07/08, which like you said looks great). Are there any pics of it on a car?

And again, I do like having the logo on the front and the back. Without it, the car is just naked. I say you get the first one, the chrome will look good on red.

If you want to spend a little more, try this.
