Eibachs and G37s installed finally!

The spring install went very well and i am pleased with the results. Took me about 4 hours to install all 4 to include a run to the store in between. I made sure the rubber hose on top war far enough up so that the top had would hold it in place so that it doesn't slide down. No noises at all! Rides pretty smooth, not as harsh as i thought it would be though a bit firmer than stock. Not bouncy, but rather "tight" if that makes sense. The springs are used so they are settled. Here's the pics.

Looks great. Love the G37 rims. How much did they cost?

True that.

Your car looks great man. Those G37 rims look better on G35/37 sedans and Maxima's as oppose to the G37 coupe.

What tire sizes and type are you running?

Those rims do look good on your car. I would like to know what size tires you are rolling on and how much did the rims cost you. Same questions asked by other guys on here. I see you are in Houston! We have all these great looking Maxs in Houston, how come we can't have a great and big meet? Men, let's make plans and have a good meet in Houston.

Got them from the dealer for $800. They were take-offs, they put momos on the G37 and a guy purchased leaving the wheels.

Im running continental contiprocontact 245-40-19 all around so I can rotate. That size looks perfect on the front wheels, and slightly stretched on the rear ones, but still looks good. These tires are grand touring tires for comfort.

LOL I saw that post you made about driving super fast to the dallas meet. I guess we would need to get into the regional section and try and coordinate something. What part you live in?

Seems like a good price, particularly from a dealer. Nice find!

I got extremely lucky. I woke up one day and was like, let me call my local infiniti stealership and see if they have any laying around. He told me to hold and when he came back and said he did I was like Then he told me they wanted $1000 and I was like But I was able to get them to take $800. Technically the wheels were already paid for by the guy who bought the G37 they came off of. So i definitely werent about to give them a G.

Good stuff Playa! They look great...Regarding the Eibachs, you might have to change your front end links (front anti-sway bar) as they start to get noisy after about 2 weeks on the new springs if the car is older than 3 years. BTW I had mine changed on warranty too.

Mentally noted on the front links. I read your posts about the broken spring/ noise issue, so i made sure I put everything back together exactly as I took it apart. It all worked out great.

LOL thats tru, no tires. I ended up buying a set off ebay for a pretty good deal, only used for about a month. I originally wanted to get the kumho LX platinum tires but i would have spent double. I'll get those when these wear out.
