Led Install in bumper...

So I finally received my 19" white flexible led strips from oznium and had a chance to install them last night.. Definitely like the look and can't believe how bright they are, plus its pretty well hidden underneath bumper.. check the picture below:

Very nice. How hard was it to wire up? Did you put them onto your parking lights or keep them separate?? Do you have a write up for it?

Looks great. So are they just wired to come on with the parking lights or will they be turn signals???

hey guys- no write up unfortunately(sorry)- but I will probably rewire it more neatly this coming weekend and I will try to take some pics. Right now I tapped into the parking break positive wire so it turns on with the parking lights. The led strip is just mounted with 3m double side tape.

I'll take a daytime pic when I have a chance later people so just keep an eye on this post

relatively simple- when this heat wave passes in nj and things cool off a little- i'm going to do a neater job of the wiring and i'll post some pics of it then.

i was thinking about doing this to my mazda, but i would like to have them wired into a switch so i can turn them on or off regardless of the headlights being on. Need some sort of write up. Never worked with led's b4

im getting a 6th gen maxima in a week or so and i plan on doing a similar mod.
how do you think the leds in the bumper would look with leds in the headlights? something similar to this
http://forums.maxima.org/5th-generat...eadlights.html

It looks good, many members have done it already, search around for pics.

And welcome to the 6th gen family!

I was thinking of stringing up some Xmas lights like that on the bottom too...you beat me to it! LOL! It's nice...I'm going for the light blue small led strip in the headlight option myself.
