I bought a 9005 kit on the group deal and it's due arrive by the end of this week and I was wondering if any of you guys have any tips for me on the installation process. I've done it on my truck and it was pretty painless with all the room I had to work with.
Searching didn't really have any information, the owners manual suggest to take it to the dealer for the regular bulb replacement.

drop the front bumper. that makes it super easy!

 

Its not too bad of an install. I did the head lights and fog lights in my 07 last month. My mistake was trying to drill the hole in the head light cap with a dremel tool. I cleaned the irregular hole i made with a 1inch spade bit. It will make the perfect size hole. Other than that it was a walk in the park.
