in need of some imput please

in need of some imput please

i was looking to put 20" wheels on my 05 max. do i need to do any modding of the wheel well? or can i just put them on. i feel stupid asking, but hey thats how we learn.

they'll fit with no mods just dont get a tall *** tire like anything over a 40 series low profile or it will rub like a b@%^

I have 22x8s on mine offset +38...235/30/22 tire and doesnt rub at all w/ no modifications...just make sure u get hub rings with the rims if not it will feel wobbly and unbalanced going down the road.

A hub ring just goes around the hub of your car to ensure the new wheels have a tight fit around the hub...the opening in the center of the new wheels will more than likely have a larger diameter than your hub diameter so these hub rings fill that gap for a more snug fit before the lug nuts go on

thanks. what style rims you thing goes best with metallic silver paint? stick with chrome?
