Question regarding 6.5 Gen Conversion

For those of u that own 6.5's or done a conversion, the bulb next to the projector, what's it's purpose? I'm doin a conversion n it turns on when I turn the foglights on, is this normal? I thought It was the high beam, but the high beam is in the projector itself. And where can I find the plug for the foglights so I can splice it into the harness?

That light should only come on when you use your turn signals, not fog lights. It's used so you can see the curb when turning at night.

Ur talking about the lights on the bumper on a 04-06 rite? I know that, but the bulb I'm talking about is inside the headlight itself. Pretty much In the same spot as the foglights on an 04

No Im talking about the light bulb next to the projector on 6.5Gen max. It serves the same purpose as the side light on the bumper of 04-06 maximas.

You are doing the swap, right? You have the 04-06 and doing the 07-08. If so then you just swap the wires and extend them. The ones that were going to your bumper will go to the headlight bulb and vice verse. Know what Im talking about?
