So one of my injectors went bad. I replaced all of them with some used 5.5 gen ones that I bought on here. I did Accelerator Pedal Released Position Learning and Throttle Valve Closed Position Learning before attempting to start the car.
Could I have missed a connector or something? Is there a specific connector that could keep the car from starting?
Everything works in the ON position, all of the dash lights work. Although when I try to start the car, the lights go dead and the car won't start.
Could it possibly be the battery?
Help me out, this car is pissing me off!

I would guess meticulously checking everything you touched in your engine bay.
With regard to your battery, pop it out and get a load-test done on it. In the meantime, hook another car/battery up to your car to see if it starts.
Take a breather, relax, and start the process of ruling stuff out. That way you will make progress, not be so frustrated, and figure out what the issue is.
Good luck, bro.

Gotta rule out the battery problem first. Jump from another car, or try a batt charger that's designed to start a car too...
Curious why you'd put in used parts for something that probably took a long time to put in...what if they're no good anyway? I know money is probably the issue, but something like this, you would have been better just replacing the bad one with a new one and called it a day.

That wasn't the question but it appears you never installed injectors. Depending on which injector is bad you'll have to remove the uim and at that point your only 2-3 bolts away from pulling all 6 injectors Originally Posted by MadMax07SL

Either, correct he needs to rule out the battery

They are good injectors. They were only $30, so if they don't work, it's not a huge loss. ONE injector from autozone was like $130.Originally Posted by MadMax07SL

Also, I wouldn't replace only one injector, because I'm sure the new one would flow slightly better than the other 5.

I'm gonna try to get a jump sometime today. I'm in class till 4:30 today. So after that I'll try to get this b1tch started. lolOriginally Posted by t6378tp

You're right, I've never done injectors, never had one go bad. Even so, why used parts from a car older then the one you're working on? Just seems counterproductive.Originally Posted by t6378tp

Alright, got it started!
Tested the battery and it had 12.4 volts so I knew that was good. Checked the starter, doing the trick that T6378tp told me to do. That worked.
It then clicked in my head that maybe the clutch switch could be loose or something. Checked by the clutch pedal and the clutch switch was a little loose. Snapped it on, and it started right up.
Now the problem is the fact that it has a weird idle. It sounds like it is running on 5 cylinders or something. It doesn't have full power either. Feels pretty slow when I go WOT.
I tested the front three coils and they all seem good.
I think when the injector went out, it messed up the plug too. I am gonna check the plug tomorrow and see if that is the issue.
At least the car starts now. That made me happy.

how were you able to test or conduct that the injector was bad ?
do you have diode ? do you have volt meter or a injector pulser ?

I had a check engine light. Read the code and it said that it was an intermittent fuel injector on cylinder two.Originally Posted by NiZMo1o1

It's running pretty damn good now. Before I replaced the injectors, the car would idle really rough, and almost die out when coming to a stop. Now it has a steady idle and maintains this idle when coming to a stop.
