Eibach Pro Kit warranty Claim Question!

Hi guys!

so today I decided to clean my CAI filter - while the car was jacked up and I was taking apart the plastic housing i saw that my spring is completly cracked in half. it's still "stiff" but defenatly cracked, same on the passenger side .

I have had these springs for 2 and a half year, now after checking on the eibach website there is a 1 000 000 miles warranty, however there is no info on how to claim it - the 2 links i found on the eibach website that talks about the warranty brings me to " this page cannot be displayed " ... i am currently on the line waiting to talk to someone at Eibach ... it's now been 1hr and no answer!

Anybody had to deal with them to claim springs under the warranty ? ... ill post pictures shortly!

thanks!

that 1,000,000 mile warranty is a gimmick. basically what that means is, if your **** breaks, they will replace it. you don't need to prove when you bought it or anything like that, just let them know it broke, and they replace it.

Today is a holiday in the US. Unlikely that their offices are open for business today.
