Hi guys, how many quarts do I need to drain and fill a 5at? thanks!!!

My 04 5spd takes 3 quarts and 20 oz for a drain and fill. Thats on a flat surface 75 degrees outside with the enigine driven and warm but not overly hot. I do it 3 times driving it about 15 minutes between each. I do that every 15K miles with matic k only, may sound excessive but so far no transmission issues and im at 105k miles, crossing fingers
