Need answers to my questions of a 04 elite maxima
I'm going to buy a nissan maxia elite 04 with 157k miles.
-does the price fair for this car with 157k miles age ??
-Can someone tell me what is the average mile per gallon ?
-Are the tranmission and the engine still working fine with this mile age ??
Help for things that you known about these cars. Im new and I have no idea about nissan. Hlep me plsssss

The elite package in manual will not give you any issues with the tranny and engine. You have to put into consideration the average person does not check their oil between oil changes especially if it's done by an oil changer. They usually drive the car for 3-4 month or 3000 km and don't check the oil neglecting the oil level which will result in problems.
Honestly 7K for a 6thgen maxima is just a bit pricey IMO. You could try to look for a maxima with a blown engine for around $2000-2500 swap it for a younger one and it will cost around $2000-2500 installed and that would give you a few G's to play with if anything breaks or need replacing. Atleast you can rest knowing you have a young engine with no issues
