Sudden shake about 40mph

Sudden shake about 40mph
My 05 Maxima shakes at about 40 mph. This only happens for maybe 1-2 seconds then it goes away. It usually happens when it shift into 5th gear. Any idea what this can be.
**Edit.. I forgot to mention that during this time the engine rpm's shoot up to about 3k then they right back to about 1.5k. This only happens light throttle.
