Coil Pack Problems '06

So last august i started to expierence coil pack troubles for the first time. on my ride home from work i had two that blistered. replaced those with autozone ones not knowing what i do now about these. car was fine for three days then bam one more went. this time in the back. car drove good for a week. then i had two go. one of the auto zone ones and one factory one. replaced these with two nissan. finally found out that a bad ground cable could cause this to happen. so replaced the cable which was frayed a tiny bit and drove the car. it has been fine since august. last week driving home the car started running rough and go figure two more coils burnt out. one of the nissan ones from last august and one of the original nissan ones. finally replaced these again with factory coils. car is running great now. my question is has anyone had trouble like this where there burn out intermittenly. is there anything else i should be looking at to determine what might be causing this problem? thank you!

What does your engine bay look like? Is it clean or dirty?
