83,000 Miles finally running right!

I just hit the 83000 mark Since i've owned this 06SL I've replaced
Transmission $
Motor Mounts
Timing Chain
Cam Shaft Sensors
Drivebelt
Steering Shimmy couldnt solve for 2 years. added 22inch wheels and it suddenly went away.

Now it's running brand new what problems should I anticipate in the near future?
Should I add a cold air intake?

Can't go wrong with a nice sounding CAI. Think of it this way, the less the car has to work to get air into the car the better. Also the colder the air the better. <--to an extent
