Front left suspension shakes over bumps

Front left suspension shakes over bumps
I've been having an issue with my front driver side suspension when going over bumps. When I go over large bumps or hit a pot hole the suspension shakes (sort of a wobble) uncontrollably for a couple seconds. I can't feel it unless I'm going over certain bumps or hit a pot hole. It's definitely not the tire, as I just replaced all 4.
I brought it to the stealership and they said it was the tie rod ends so they went ahead and replaced them, but this did nothing for the wobble.
Does anyone have any ideas as to what the issue could be? I'm thinking maybe a blown strut? Seems to handle fine otherwise though..
Thanks!

Got three suggestion.
1) Avoid potholes at all causes
2) Take it to a "certified" mechanic and have them put it on the hoist checking all the suspension components, tie rod end, control arm and ball joints, shock bolts, upper strut tower mounts, or anything that's affiliated with your front suspension
3)Move to a neighborhood where there's no speed humps.
Oh I forgot, once you change any of those parts you'll be needing an allignment because you're gonna wear your tires out. Diagnosing the problem is one thing, fixing it is another. Good luck man

Thanks for the response. I know that diagnosing the problem is one thing and fixing it is the other, the problem I have is diagnosing it cause I never know what to check. Once I know the problem I can figure it how to replace the part for the most part, of course if it isn't TOO big of a job.
I guess I may just have to bring it back to the shop, I'll take the wheel off first to see if I can see anything.

Finally got some time to take a look. It is indeed a blown strut, it's leaking like crazy! Just ordered the parts to replace it, going to replace both of the front struts, boots, and mounts. I went for KYB for everything, seemed like a good OEM alternative.
Here's a pic of the blown strut!
