2006 Clogged Cat big problem, help!!!!

So about 6 months ago I hadn't first coil pack trouble. I had misfire on a couple cylinders over a couple weeks. Replaced the coils and plugs also replaced the negative battery cable. Car was fine till January. Had coil pack trouble again. This time two on the same day. This time it happened I received cat codes bank 1 & 2. Found out about the factory emissions warranty and brought the car to the dealer. It was running and driving fine. Accelerating and sounded great. Transmission did seem to be shifting a little funny though. Thought it was due to the cats being clogged.

Dealer replaced the cats and went to pick the car up Tuesday. The car would barely run. Idling rough, wouldn't rev up. Dealership said exhaust was blocked and replaced a 3rd cat? Now they call me today and say its still not running right and that there seems to be cat debris in the oil. And are trying to say a oil change and set of plugs might cure the problem might not. They said the motor might be blown.

My questions:
1. Has this happened to anyone?
2. How could the car have ran when dropped off but not after and how is this my responsibility?
3. How is it possible to suck stuff through the y-pipe? Thought I read it was impossible in the 3.5 motors

Any answers it suggestions would be great. I am at witts end with this car and just looking to hear anything that might help!!
