Auto entry/exit - new battery

I replaced my battery and now the auto entry/exit of the steering wheel and drivers seat do not occur. I checked the settings and they are enabled. Anyone have any clue as to what I can do to regain that function? Thanks

I just experienced the same problem. This did not happen with my 1st battery replacement. Baffled since all fuses are good. Has to be a way to reset it like the sunroof.

Driving enough must have fixed it. Otherwise try:

- Insert key in ignition and turn the key to ON position.
- Open and close the drivers door 2-3 times.
- Close door
- Start engine
- Turn engine OFF
- Remove key
- Open door.

The automatic driver position should work now.

If the above doesn't work, try disconnecting the car battery for about 5-10 minutes and reprogram the system memory again.

Is why I let Nissan install my batteries in my 2008 because this problems always shows up and I thought at one time they went into the computer to reset the seats and it may also mess up the sun roof. I'll keep your method in mind, thanks
