08 Steering Wheel Controls not working

I have an 08 Maxima and all of the sudden SOME of the steering wheel buttons have decided to stop working. The volume up button does not work and to change the channel up does not work. (Dont know if it matters, but its a heated steering wheel) This all came about the same time my passenger air bag light started to turn on also and not go off. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Also my horn

And forgot to mention my horn stopped working also, I will work though if I turn the steering wheel all the way to the right and that is it..

sounds like it could be the spiral cable (clock spring) located behind the driver side airbag module. I do not know of anyway to check it without replacing it. If you find away let me know. This could cause a B1049 or B1054 code,

Mine only works fine when you turn right the steering wheel.
