modified nissan interior

I have a 2005 nissan maxima sl. I want to replace the dash and front grill and bummer to that of a 2008 maxima. Is this possible?

Bumper and grille will require a 2007+ hood and headlights as well.

Center console can be done but requires some modification. IIRC, "UniqueMax" pulled this off on his 6th gen and it came out pretty nice. I haven't seen anyone else do it on these forums. Search for his posts.
