CDs will not eject

Multiple CDs will not eject from the factory changer and can not be removed, presumably unless I can remove the lower fascia.

Any instructions on getting the CD player back in operable condition?

Thanks for any suggestions.

Is your stereo BOSE on no BOSE? Does it have trouble playing CDs or just ejecting them?

Sorry about the delay in responding, I've been out of town

this is my wife's 2nd Maxima, replacing a 99. She has been pleased with both, which is good, since I'm the 1 who convinced her to buy the 4th Gen.

Bose. It will not play or eject CDs. Radio is fine, it will accept & play cassettes.

Thanks for the assist.

Congratulations, your CD changer is shot. You are asking for suggestions, well, there is nothing much you can do, it is gone. Just drive it to nearest car audio shop and get a new unit installed.
