That's more than likely a big NO.

If you want AWD, buy an AWD car.

Just making it RWD is almost impossible...

If you have crazy money/time, go for it.

Yes it has been done before, with a titan rear end I believe or something like that. Let me see if I can find it.

Titan rear diff is massive D44 for a little Maxima, I would think if anyone was ambitious enough to try it, they'd use the same architecture from the G35x.

I can't find the guy who did it. They had a pic of it from one of the 6thgen meets some time back. Along with the guy who did the convertible 6th gen.

man I give up looking for this thing. Forget my first statement and move on... :P If I can't find it, then good luck to ya. I seriously remember seeing the photos and videos posted and someone saying and this is the first all wheel drive maxima, then this is the first maxima on bags (air ride), and the first convertible. Maybe I am having an Alzheimer's delusion or something.

take a G35x frame, and put the body of a 6th gen on it. Use lots of duct tape, you'll be fine...

Op don't waste your money. Get your wife or gurl a nice gift, that would be more rewarding than creating a AWD maxima to accomplish what? If you plan to do that you might as well sell it and buy and AWD car
