This grill looks like cmod grill but I was just wondering if this one was any better quality. Does anybody know anything about this grill

Dunno man... looks good to me. But I will say that I ordered a cmod grille when I had my 6th gen, and it arrived broken 
. Overall, it just felt kinda flimsy as well. Wasn't really impressed with the quality of it. If you try this one, let us know how it turns out.
