2006 Maxima Extended Warranty Question
I purchased a one owner 2006 Maxima SL with 20,400 miles last week for $11k. The car is immaculate and the oil was changed every 1,500-2000 miles as reported on the car fax. I know many people have had issues with the motor mounts and the 5 speed automatic. Based on the collective knowledge on this board would you purchase a 5 yr 75,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty from Carchex for $1,700 or take your chances without? Thank you.

I have never heard of Carchex before so I can't recommend them. I can however recommend USAA's extended vehicle protection. They have a $0 deductible and cover just about everything with the exception of normal wear and tear items. Quotes are free so shop around and remember if they are pressuring you into getting it, something is wrong.
