05 Maxima Cut Off Back On While Driving

I have a 2005 Maxima with 204,000 miles on it. Recently I had the alternator and battery replaced. Well Friday, while driving on the interstate going about 80 mph, my car did a quick cut off/cut on type of thing. That's the only way that I can explain it. It took a moment for me to realize what happened. I noticed the radio and the navigation system turned back on. That's how I came to the conclusion that the car actually cut off/cut back on.

Later on that day, while at the red light, the car did the same thing. The lights and radio went off and came back on. I don't know why this is happening. Can someone please help me out?

Sounds like the alternator has a loose connection

I had work done last month and alternator connect had to be disconnected. I picked up the car and drove 3 days including half an hour night time drive for 3 days. On saturday when I looked under the hood then noticed the alternator connector was never plugged in. It amazed me how much juice my battery had to pull the car this long and never gave me any indication or toubles. I have auto zone ($120+) battery that was replaced last year. Pretty impressive......and I was lucky enough as well.
