cold start issues

I know similar issues have been discussed here before, but I know each situation is unique. so, I am having a cold start issue. upon first start, it doesn't ignite. usually on second maybe third it does and no issues there after. its been going on a few months now, and its getting annoying. here is some info on it.
08 max se, 44,050 miles, had 3 stage fuel system cleaning, cleaned k&n drop in filter, cleaned MAF sensor (which gave me an increase of MPGs), and replaced PCV valve. I also cleaned the throttle body, wasn't too dirty.

what else would you say I should check or clean/replace now? the car still falls under my extended warranty but I don't wanna take that route unless I HAVE to. any info would be great. thanks

i had a cold star issue on my 04 maxima. It would happen during a cold start and restarting it after its been run. then the car would shut off while driving. the check engine light would come on too, it ended up being the cam sensors. I replaced both 4 weeks ago and the problem went away

could be the cam sensors.
check your battery to frame/transmission cable also. often rusted out. changed mine.
