Safe mode ?

Safe mode ?
When locking my car with with my remote the horn will not sound nor lights flash I'm thinking it's safe mode but if it is how do you fix it.

At least with 7th gen the lights still flash even if horn beep is off; we hold lock and unlock on the remote for 5 seconds to enable/disable the horn beep
