Slip Light & TCS Lights on..2006 Nissan maxima. Help plz!!!

(2006 Nissan Maximum 3.5se) The car runs fine until these lights randomly come on after driving for a period of time which is never the same... just random timing! Once the lights come on the car bogs down and takes everything it has to go. It then runs at 3 rpm regardless the speed and runs all the gas out literally to go up the block. The car has 180k miles but like I said it runs great until these lights randomly come on!!! Is the car worth fixing?? (I think so, but i am no mechanic). Can anyone please explain in detail what is causing this and what is there I can do?

Sounds like the ABS control circuit. Disable the ABS by removing the fuse until you can get it diagnosed.

How much are we talking to repair and is it worth it??

have mechanic with high end OBD reader check which sensor is fuked

It could be as simple as a faulty wheel sensor or it could be the control box which is part of the main ABS unit. If it is the controller there are a couple of companies that offer a repair service.
