Help!! My oil is watery!!
So i need your guys' help. My oil is very watery but my coolant is still bright green in reservoir and the radiator. It is leaking down the backside of the engine, so it seems. Could it be a cracked head? Blown head gasket? How would I diagnose? Thanks for all your help!!!

Does it have water in it? Is underneath your oil cap milky in color? Does White smoke come out of your tailpipes?
If you answered no to these questions, then you probably don't have a cracked head.
What is leaking down the backside of your engine?
Does the oil smell like straight gasoline?
If so get an oil change
Condensation can occur inside the valve covers if they have a crack in them. Hard pressed to have enough to claim water in the oil.

brown oil? means it is still good. If it is black it needs changed. I recommend since it has been 3k miles, that you change it out with something more viscous. Like 10w30 vice 5w30. The service manual recommends both. You also might want to find where your leak is coming from. You can use a dye kit to find your leak if it is not easy to find. Probably the valve cover gasket.

I will try the 10w-30... But am hesitant to even drive it because I don't want to do anymore damage. I will try and locate the leak as well, thankfully I have 2 other vehicles to drive... It is just frustrating because I just purchased this maxima no more than a month and a half ago. Thanks for all your help!
