Timing chain replaced now this

I bought this 04 maxima with 140k.. Chains were slapping really bad and the front 3 cyl weren't firing at all..

My ses light was on for cam bank 2. Bought one OEM from dealer. Didn't solve the issue.. Replaced timing chain
Now everything is 100% except for the fact that I drove the car 1 day 60
Miles and my Service engine soon came on throwing 6 codes erased all of them then P0021 was still active.. Anyone had this problem? And what fixed it? My oil is 100% Fresh and not dirty

Dude, do an advanced forum search for P0021. A lot of info will come up.
I think you should start with the intake valve timing control and the cam position sensor, and then work your way through testing all of the possible issues.

Sounds like it's either the camshaft or crankshaft sensor and I think that the 04 maxima has two crank or camshaft sensors.
