2004 maxima transmission problem

Hey guys I'm new here just got a 04 maxima 5 speed automatic
I'm having problems with the tranny it revs up for along time then gets into gear also after I pass 20 mph it slams into gear really hard or if I accelerate to fast it slams into gear Idk if I should buy a new transmission or rebuild it or what I took to amacco and they said I need a tranny what should I do also when I shift it into drive from reverse it rolls back and then grabs and moves forward

I'm a newbie but have read that they were known for transmissions problems. Some replace the individual solenoids (3), some add a trans go shift kit but the what seems to be the complete solution is replacing the whole trans solenoid pack either from dealer (updated) or rebuilt from aftermarket. Hope this helps.
