Sounds more like a bad pump.
No squeals or slipping belt sounds?
Fluid level fine/no bubbles?

Does it feel like no power steering where you have to muscle it, or just harder to turn than before?

i had 2 power steering pump replaced and on 2nd pump replacement, the steering become little hard. the pump was still making loud noise so the machanic said its also a defactive pump. on 3rd pump replacement the steering wheel become really hard.
i dont know if machanic done somehting accidently or just power steering gone defective .
fluid is fine and no bubbles..
i also added transtune and still no luck.
no squeals noise from the belt so far.

Sounds like your little mechanic forgot to put steering pump belt back on. Why don't you go back to him and find out why your steering does not operate properly? And what the hell is "transtune"?
