I have a 2007 maxima w/o Bose. Can I replace standard head unit with a Bose head unit and use the satellite hook up, Thanks

No. The Bose radio uses different signal output levels that are not powerful enough to run the standard speakers that are in your car. You will need to add the Bose speaker amplifier unit, change the speakers to Bose speakers, and change the wire harnesses in the car. You really don't want to do this.

Just get a good after-market head unit like sony, pioneer, jvc or whoever that has all the features you want plus a wire harness adapter and you will be good to go.
