04 maxima will not turn ova and start

Car will not start....I heard a click click Noise so I hit the starter and it started then I change the starter got it rebuilt and now the car wont start don't know what to do

Sounds like the "new" starter is defective

Why I never buy rebuilt starters.

Nah starters good.... the computer is deplaying a NAT CODE... its the anti theft alarm code... I'm trying 2 reprogram keys n computer
