How are you? Quick question.

Got a 2008 SL with 90k miles.

Changed oil regularly, switched out air and cabin filters.

Engine used to hover at about 1/4 above C. Now it is a little below midpoint.

I opened up hood after some driving and it was super hot. I also sometimes feel hot air blowing into cabin from time to time.

Any thoughts?

Radiator may be plugging up. Take the cap off when the car is cool and look inside. Hopefully you are using coolant and distilled water mixed together.
