hi guys,
can someone please tell me how many mounts are total on 2004 maxima ?
tranny shop said its 2 rear mounts but when i took it to machanic, he was able to replace only one mount.
can someone please tell me the location for all mounts.

2004's have 4 each mounts. Front mount is located between the engine and radiator. Right is located on the front of the engine (not front of vehicle) by the right front wheel well. The rear mount is located between the engine and firewall. Left is located on the transmission. 2004's have 3 each different transmission 4 speed auto, 5 speed auto and manual. They do not use the same mounts. Normally, the front and right are the ones that fail. The left (transmission mount rarely fails.
