Ive changed the throttle body and have done the relearn process yet it wont rev past 1500 rpms. What more can i do. Ive plugged up the obd2 and its giving me p1122 and p1128 codes. Ive reset the codes and computer yet the issue still persist ive had this car a week and already its messing up help please!

 

FIRST!!! put back on the old one if it was working fine to determine if the new/used one is the problem. Why did you change the Throttle body to start with?

Get a multimeter and check the single to the Throttle body (TPS), Make sure everything was plugged back in flush into the terminals.
I can't remember the voltage it should read at WOT (Wide Open Throttle), do some leg work and this should be easy found information.. With the car in ACC mode and when you open the throttle at WOT it will give a reading... Double check that read with the manufactures recommend voltage and go from there..
