Rattle on 1st start

Rattle on 1st start

Hi Experts,
I am recently facing a rattling issue when Its a cold start.
car non drive over night and in the morning when I start the car , I hear a rattle noise only for 5 seconds then it goes away.
if I start the car again when its warm, I don't hear the rattle.
this rattle comes from engine.
experts pls guide me.

Yep, timing chain. Get that issue fixed quickly or a new engine will be the consequences.

It could simply be the lifters you are hearing until the oil pressure builds up. If so, this is completley normal.

thank you guys for youre million dollar answers.
pls note: i only hear 3 second rattle when its a cold start, after its back to normal. when the car is warm and i can start any number of times, it start normally, no rattle.
