Car Overreving between 20-40mph

Looking for some help. Recently my car has started having issues when driving between 20-40 mph. The engine over revs like it's in 4th gear. I don't have any check engine light on and I'm able to accelerate above 40mph which is why I don't think its an issue with the abs sensors. I've had that issue before and know the symptoms, this is completely different. If I drive it on the highway there is absolutely no issue, but i feel this is only gonna get worse. Any suggestions?

I'm gonna guess right off the bat, CVT is likely acting up. Have you had the fluid changed? with that many miles, you're likely due for a second fluid swap. If you've never done it, hell, it's fried.

Had the CVT fluid changed at 110k miles. Pulled out the fuse for the ABS this weekend and all the symptoms went away. Took it to my favorite mechanic and he confirmed it's the wheel speed sensor......again. This will make the 4th time I've had these changed. Does anyone know where the TSB to resolve this issue is?
