05 max sl. In a quick summary, car started showing signs of cam position sensor problems. Without checking codes, i replaced sensors. Car worked for a day or less than again, limp mode with tcs and slip light on again. Finally bought a obd reader and pulled some codes. No codes showing cam sensors. Only codes shown are catalytic converter ( which shows because i hollowed it out last year or so) MAF, ( replaced it at same time last year or so) but it would always show that code even after replacing, and other air filter related codes that were always there to begin with (even after replacing parts). I reset computer to clear limp mode which works but i can still tell it has a little bit of power loss. It will run for about a day or less than again limp mode. When I did change the crankshaft sensor first and test drove it, it ran like a champ, tons of power. But not anymore. I dont know if this is related but the instrumental panel is starting to act up as well, not working or moving sporadically. Thanks for any help. I was trying to fix it myself, I dont want to take it to a mechanic because they will just pull codes which I already did. And I really dont want to buy a new car right now.

 

Car acted up again today, pulled codes, p0102 maf low voltage ,and injector 4. Replaced injector. Car still acted up. Pulled codes, p0102 maf, replaced maf . Gotta wait til tomorrow to see if it acts up.
