Low idling

Low idling
I recently changed my battery and battery fuse my car was unplugged from the power for about 12 hours when I installed the battery and battery fuse the car is idling really low and would turn off if I didn't give gas first then it would stay on by itself but my check engine light is on now and I just had this car smogged about a month ago and it passed the car runs fine when on the road but still has a low idle with check engine light
