Stalled and won't start

So I am new here and have a 2004 maxima. i was driving and my maxima just stalled and wont start. It is reading code p1800 and p0328. I am lost bc it was running just fine. I did just have a system installed so I guess it could have something to do with it. Please help

first what is "a system ?" did they have to tap in to critical connection on the vehicle ? what do the codes mean?
