Hello I’m new here have a couple of question! Have a 2006 maxima 184,000 car kept stalling or losing power hit eccelarator no power just putting pull over sit for 5 minutes car drove normally (that’s the start) took car to shop no check engine light had fault codes of egr temp sensor bad talked to Nissan mechanic said he has never replaced one ever! Daughter drove car for a year no problems one day forgets to replace gas cap! Car won’t go over 5 mph took car to shop was told cats were bad replaced both front cats still same problem won’t go over 5 mph! Unplugged MAF car runs great but starts in high gear an won’t go over 60mph. Replaced MAF plugged back in won’t go over 5mph again! Unplugged MAF car runs great but won’t go over 60 mph still scratching my head was then told there are 3 cats on this car does this seem like a cat problem if I unplug the MAF an car drives?
