2006 maxima shift solenoid

so i got a check engine light code p0780 ( shift malfunction) so i took the tranny pan off and took the valve body off and tested the solenoids and all but 1 made a clicking sound. so i replaced that one shift solenoid and reinstalled the valve body and tranny pan anded 5 qts of nissan matic k fluid. started the engine and no check engine light came on but vehicle would not move in drive or reverse. I really need you guys to help me out, Thank you.

For that code, your safest bet is a new valve body. Don't need more than 4qrts of Matic K fluid after install.

so it turns out that it was a c shaped thing that goes through the bolt and holds down one of the connector, i was didnt know where to put it at first so i just left it out, turns out its super critical that you install it right because the connector will pop out, also now my vehicle runs but still shifts hard is there a relearn process after the replacement?
